SG180 series large CNC metal wire mesh weaving machine is suitable for weaving heavier metal mesh fabric. It adopts flexible rapier linear weft insertion. There are two kinds of beating up forms: single beat /pick and double beat/pick and two kinds of shedding opening structures which can be selected: tappet hanging/harness heald and servo dobby. It is with the character: Mesh winding and let-off automatic numerical control and automatic adjust mesh tension. It can weave metal wire mesh ,like stainless steel, iron, copper,  aluminum,alloy, polyester and other non metal wire mesh .

CNC: Precise and fast one way linear weft leading is controlled by high performance servo motor under PLC control. Adopt numerical control let -off (feeding warp wire ) by AC servo motor, real time display tensions' data also automatic adjustment. AC servo motor CNC coiling.
