SG160 series heavy duty CNC metal wire mesh weaving machine is developed by our own company.

It is suitable for weaving heavier metal mesh fabric.

Wire diameter range: 0.1-0.7mm

Wire materials:stainless steel, iron, copper, brass, phosphor copper, aluminum, platinum, FeCrAL, polyester, plastic and all other materials of wire mesh.

Weaving density: plain weave square hole 10-100 mesh, twill weave ≤350 mesh

Speed: 40-70 turns/minute, the actual speed depends on the  weaving width and detailed specifications.

Heald frame and form: hanging heald frame

(three kinds of structures are optional -Tappet hanging/harness heald,arch heald,servo dobby and 2-8 pieces of aluminum alloy heald frame or steel heald frame)

CNC:

-Precise and fast one way linear weft leading is controlled by high performance servo motor under PLC control.

-Adopt numerical control let -off by AC servo motor,real time display tensions'data also automatic adjustment.
